U7 GIRLS AND BOYS

These classes are designed for gymnasts with little or no experience in the sport. They introduce children to the basics of gymnastics in a fun, safe and disciplined environment. Skills will be developed to improve flexibility, balance and strength, which enhances skills development. These active classes introduce children to all of the equipment involved with artistic gymnastics in an age-appropriate fashion.

U10 & U12 GIRLS AND U10 BOYS

These classes are designed for both beginner or experienced gymnasts.  Classes will incorporate all artistic gymnastics events in a fun, active and non-competitive environment.

SR. TUMBLING

This class is designed for teen boys and girls who have prior experience in gymnastics.  This class will be focussed on tumbling skills and trampoline skills.  The focus of this class is to learn new skills in a fun, non-competitive setting.

SR. BOYS

This high-energy, parkour style class is designed for boys with some experience in gymnastics.  The focus for this class is to develop strength and skills, while burning energy and having fun.

PERFORMANCE GIRLS I (ALL AGES) 

This class is designed to introduce girls to the skills and discipline that is required for our competitive program. Our coaches emphasize quality, self-improvement, and hard work in a fun-filled structured class. Gymnasts will develop their strength, flexibility, body awareness and coordination on all four events; just watch their confidence grow! They will learn routines on each event and have the opportunity to compete in an in-house mini-meet.
